Learn to Skate at Scottsville Ice Arena

Ready to glide into something new this winter? Join us for Intro to Skating — a fun, beginner-friendly class designed for anyoneages 3 and up who wants to learn the basics of ice skating.

Participants will be divided into small groups based on age and skill level to ensure personalized instruction. Each session includes 30 minutes of professional instruction followed by 30 minutes of supervised free skate time to practice new skills.

Session Dates: Saturdays, January 10 – February 7

Time: 9:00–10:00 AM

Cost: $140 per participant (includes all 6 sessions and skate rental)

Please bring a helmet for safety — bike helmets are perfectly fine.

Whether you’re stepping on the ice for the first time or looking to build confidence and balance, this program is the perfect way to learn in a fun, supportive environment.
